Q. Will a Moonwalk fit in my yard?

A. Yes, if you have a flat grassy or pavement surface approx. 20 x 20 with an electrical outlet nearby.

Q. What if there is no electrical outlet at the park?

A.You can rent a generator from us for $75.00.

Q. Are the moonwalks safe?

A. As long as the rules stated on the front of the moonwalk and instructions given to you the day of your party by our delivery man are followed, the unit is very safe.

Q. Does Lucky Star Amusements have insurance?

A. Yes we are insured for liability and a certificate will be supplied upon request. If a customer would like to go on our policy as an additional insured for the day of the party it is an additional $75.00.

Q. What if it rains?

A. If the forecast calls for rain you can cancel the night before your event at no cost.

Q. Do I have to set the moonwalk up?

A. No, we set up all the equipment you rent and we break it all down at the end of your event.

Q. How far in advance should I make a reservation?

A. The farther in advance, the better chance you have in getting the rentals you want.

Q. Do I have to supply the food for popcorn, cotton candy, sno-cone or table top hot dog?

A. We provide all the supplies for each machine, except hot dog cart or ice for sno-cone machine. Our machines are stocked up to 100 supplies per machine. Additional supplies can be purchased for $25.00 per additional 100 supplies. We also supply tables and festive covers for the machines.

Q. How much of a deposit is required?

A. We do not require deposits for parties under $1000.00. You may cancel your party up to the night before for any reason at no cost.

Q. What if it rains on the day of my event?

A. We all know weather is a factor to consider with an outdoor party, so raindates must be made at the time of booking in order to accommodate all our customers. If it should rain after your party started and you are renting an inflatable, don't worry, they are made of vinyl and will dry very quickly if the sun comes back out.

Q. How do you accept payment?

A. All customers must pay the day of the party CASH OR CHECK. Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
